JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-11-2018 The learned counsel for the respondents submits that a sum of Rs. 82.33 lacs has already been paid to the husband of the petitioner against the executed work. However, so far as the claim of Rs.15 lacs an odd, involved in the present writ petition, is concerned, the same is not genuine in view of the agreement entered into between the parties. In fact letter dated 15.02.2016 was also issued to the petitioner to produce documents in support of her claim but no document has been produced till date, hence, the claim of the
