The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No.138 of 2020 for offences under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307, 325, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the fact that the petitioner is not the assailant of the informant injured and it is a case under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code on account of land dispute, the application for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
