The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 245 of 2015, G.R. No. 3262 of 2015 for offences punishable under Sections 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Mr. Vijay Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioners with reference to the FIR submits that the informant is a constable in the police force and while he has charged the accused of kidnapping for ransom but thereafter the FIR stands translated into forcible marriage. The petitioners herein happen to be the father and brother of the girl to which the allegation of forcible marriage of the informant took place. The short submission made by Mr. Sinha is that the allegation is absurd.

(1) Chhhote Lal Yadav @ Chhote Lal Prasad; and petitioner no. (2) Bipin Kumar in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S.
