Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was apprehended on suspicion that the petitioner and others were planning to commit theft. From possession of the petitioner, two master keys were allegedly recovered. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 03.09.2017.

Considering the nature of allegation and period already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7431 of 2018 (2) dt.08-02-2018 Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Rajgir Police Station Case No.201 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
