Mr. Kumar Ranjit Ranjan, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 11-08-2021 Heard the parties through virtual court proceedings. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner in association of his family members used to torture the daughter of the informant for non-fulfillment of dowry demand and ultimately she has been killed by the petitioner and her in-law family.

Without going into the merits of the case and the fact that petitioner is the husband of the deceased, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Pipra Kothi P.S. Case No. 291 of 2019 pending before the court of the learned C.J.M., East Champaran at Motihari.
