JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-02-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Nautan PS Case No. 314 of 2015 registered under Sections 302, 201 and 120B/34 of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR, specific allegation is against three FIR named accused, the petitioner's name transpired after two years that too in the confessional statement of FIR named accused Deepk Ram and except that there is no other material and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Natwa Yadav @ Mukesh Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM VI, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Nautan PS Case No. 314 of 2015.
