2. The petitioner was initially appointed as an Assistant, on 20.11.1964, in Regional Social Youth Welfare Office at Bhagalpur under the control of Education Department, Government of Bihar. He retired on 30.01.2002 from the office of District Superintendent of Education, Bhagalpur from the post of Head Clerk. At the time of retirement, he was in the pay scale of Rs.5000-8000/-.

3. The petitioner has prayed for difference of pension amount, as per the revised pension.

4. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent Bank stating that the petitioner has been paid the revised pension.
