The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1B)a/26/35 of the Indian Penal Code. From the house of the petitioner one country made pistol was recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that recovery is from the joint family house and a statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4355 of 2016 (2) dt.01-02-2016 2/2 regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Jamhore P.S. Case No.96/2015, pending before the learned CJM, Aurangabad. With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
