2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 10 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable u/s 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 303(2), 324(4), 352, 351(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Bettiah (West Champaran).

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to surrender before the learned Court below within three weeks and seek regular bail.

4. Permission is granted with the aforesaid liberty to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56647 of 2025(2) dt.29-08-2025 2/2 petitioner to approach the learned Court below for grant of regular bail which would be considered on its merits in accordance with law, preferably on the same day, without being prejudiced by this order keeping in view that the injuries sustained by the injured are simple in nature.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
