JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be Gotni of the deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 22.09.2015 in a case registered under sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is no specific overt act attributed against the petitioner, who happens to be mother of two children. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Nawada in connection with Parakaribarawan P.S. Case No. 157 of 2015.
