The petitioner has been in custody since 15.11.2017 in connection with Sahar P.S. Case No. 135/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that originally in the First Information Report, the name of the petitioner was not taken, but subsequently, the petitioner's name was introduced and after taking him into custody, the petitioner's self-confessional statement is being used by the police to implicate him in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and only on the basis of the speculation, he

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-X, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Sahar P.S.
