JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL ORDER 20-03-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for anticipatory bail in Complaint Case No. 124 of 2013 in a case under Sections 323, 341, 498-A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is of general and omnibus nature that demand for motorcycle was made by her in-laws including her husband, due to non-fulfillment of which, she was subjected to torture. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that the petitioner, Harendra Sharma in the event of his arrest/surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35920 of 2014 (2) dt.20-03-2015 2/2 from today, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Dehri (Rohtas) in Complaint Case No. 124 of 2013, subject to the applicable conditions as stipulated in Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
