For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Binod Kumar Yadav, Advocate For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Surendra Kumar (APP) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 18-03-2016 This is an application, made under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking bail for the accusedpetitioner, namely, Ravi Sharma, in connection with Sikata Police Station Case No. 69 of 2014, under Sections 20/22/23/24/27(A)/29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Perused the above application and materials on record. Also perused the relevant case diary. Heard Mr. Binod Kumar Yadav, learned Counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. Surendra Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of the State. Considering the fact that earlier the bail application of this petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order, dated 11.02.2015, passed in Cr. Miscellaneous No.48350 of 2014 and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1417 of 2016 (3) dt.18-03-2016 2/2 no new ground has been shown, this Court is of the view that at this stage, the accused above-named shall not be allowed to go on bail.

In view of the above and in the interest of justice, the prayer for bail is hereby rejected at this stage. This bail application shall stand disposed of accordingly.
