This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Chautham Police Station Case No. 151A of 2019 dated 17.07.2019 (G.R. No. 2048 of 2019), disclosing offences under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that the deceased was killed in her house by twisting of neck and the accused persons were trying to dispose of the body of the deceased, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who is a senior family member being the mother-in-law of the deceased.
