2. Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence under Section 366(A)/34 of the Penal Code. He is said to have eloped with the daughter of the informant. Daughter of the informant has already been recovered and recorded her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., which is contained in Annexure-2, wherefrom it appears that she is 18 years of age and entered into wedlock with the petitioner with her own consent and that she was not asked by the petitioner to elope.

3. Let petitioner, named above, surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order in the Court below and apply for regular bail, which should be considered in the light of the statement of the daughter of the informant made under Section

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33486 of 2014 (2) dt.04-02-2015 2/2 164 Cr.P.C. and he be admitted to the privilege of bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/-(Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri at Sitamarhi in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 83/14.
