JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 147,148,149,341,323,427,504,07 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is alleged to have fired at the last whereas the postmortem report reflects only one injury.

The aforesaid facts constitute grounds for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 53

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33661 of 2014 (2) dt.20-02-2015 2/2 of 2014 pending in the court of learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
