Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Kartahan PS Case No. 14 of 2017 registered under Sections 363, 366A and 367/34 of the IPC.

Submission is that this is a case of elopement as the same is reflected from the statement of the girl, her age was assessed by the Medical Board between 15 - 17 years approximately and the girl has disclosed her age as 17 years.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Mithun Sahani is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Kartahan PS Case No. 14 of 2017.
