This petition is for modification of the order dated 21.07.2015 by which the petitioner was directed to deposit 15% of the amount within seven months. It is submitted that the petitioner deposited the entire amount as directed by this Court within eight months.

Since the petitioner has already deposited the entire amount, there is no need to pass further order. The court below, i.e. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua shall not cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner in connection with Mohania P.S.
