JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-04-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 28.11.2017, seeks bail in Minapur PS Case No. 500 of 2017 registered under Sections 414/34 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that one motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, suspected to be stolen one, on his disclosure a garage was also raided belonging to Manohar Thakur and engine of motorcycle and other parts were recovered. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the motorcycle recovered from the possession of the petitioner is his own motorcycle but the chassis number was found different as the motorcycle was given to garage for repairs and the petitioner has no criminal history Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Akash Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Muzaffarpur in connection with Minapur PS Case No. 500 of 2017.
