2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief:
(i) For quashing the order dated 03/07.07.2022 passed by learned Member of Bihar Land Tribunal in B.L.T. Case No.121/2022, whereby and where under Jamabandi created in favour of the petitioner has been cancelled.
(ii) For quashing the order dated 20.03.2021 passed by learned Addl. Collector,
Patna High Court CWJC No. 12945 of 2022(12) dt.23-07-2026 2/2 Lakhisarai in Jamabandi Cancellation No.27/2019, whereby and where under Jamabandi created in favour of the petitioner has been cancelled.
(iii) For any other relief/reliefs for which petitioner is entitled under law as well as on facts.
3. The Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there has been a gross error observed in the order of Additional Collector and mutation has wrongly been created in favour of Private respondent No. 7.
4. The Learned counsel for the State submits that there is an alternative remedy available to the petitioner and learned counsel for the petitioner agrees to the proposition that there is a statutory appeal available to the petitioner.
5. " In light of these observations, the present writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority/court.
