Allegation against the petitioner is demand of rangdari And also of the assaulting the informant and others. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no case is made out either under Section 307 of the IPC and Section 386 of the IPC and so far criminal antecedent is concerned, in 44 cases, he has been acquitted out of 59 cases lodged against him.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, coupled with the antecedent of the petitioner, as he is accused in 59 other cases, I am not inclined to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8734 of 2018 (3) dt.07-03-2018 2/2 grant bail to the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
