2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 597 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 379, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is said to have been involved in the theft of a motorcycle and the same has been recovered from his possession.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case and is in custody since 19.12.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52342 of 2024(2) dt.07-08-2024 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 597 of 2023.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Chitragupta Nagar Police Station on every Sunday of each month.
