2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302,120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, accused persons including the petitioner killed daughter of the informant, buried the dead body in a deep dig and salt was sprinkled all around the dead body.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is father-in-law of the informant. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. He is in custody since 20.5.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the State and informant oppose
