2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 341, 307, 448, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Chandradeep P.S. Case No. 80 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the backdrop of land dispute between the parties and for which co-accused Ganesh Yadav had instituted a Complaint Case No. 609C/2012 (Annexure-4).

4. Learned APP on the basis of case diary and assisted by learned counsel appearing suo motu on behalf o the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6361 of 2016 (3) dt.11-04-2016 informant opposes the anticipatory bail petition.

5. Considering that several persons have been injured in the scuffle and one of the injuries on Mangli Yadav is grievous in nature with the result of assault committed by the accused persons, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Bail petition stands dismissed.
