The present writ petition has been filed for invoking the writ Jurisdiction of the Hon'ble court for a direction upon the respondents to decide the subject matter (Annexure 1 of the writ petition) by which the petitioner had filed on 09.10.2018 for redressal of his grievances under Section 6 of the Bihar Apartment Ownership Act, 2006.

It is unfortunate that the petitioner has to move before this Court with that simple prayer.

Mr. Yashraj Bardhan, learned Counsel for the Patna Municipal Corporation submits that the same will be taken to its logical conclusion, if still not done.

In view of the said submission put forward by the learned Counsel for the Patna Municipal Corporation, the writ
