The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 36 of 2015 registered under Sections 302 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Regard being had to the direct and specific allegation against co-accused Ram Prakash Singh who fired at the informant's father which hit on his chest, as a result of which, he died, the petitioner, who is said to have no role in the incident and, who is one of the nine accused persons named in the FIR, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
