Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

A country made pistol and cartridges were allegedly recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 01.08.2017. Petitioner has got identical criminal antecedent.

Considering the entire facts especially completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of one year of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11067 of 2018 (3) dt.12-04-2018 of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Ghosi Police Station Case No.189 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
