It is pointed out by the stamp reporter that the appeal has been filed against an interlocutory order rejecting the petition filed against the maintainability of the proceedings before the Family Court.

In the aforesaid circumstances, in view of the provisions of Section 19 of the Family Court Act, the appeal against such order is not maintainable.
