====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-12-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 468 and other sections of Indian Penal Code.
As per prosecution case, this petitioner who is widow of Late Ashutosh Upadhyay and had subsequently married to co-accused Vijay Kant Upadhyay, put the signature upon the sale deed, executed in favour of one Sudarshan Pandit. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner being a widow lady has been implicated in this case only with a view to put pressure upon her. Even if the entire prosecution case is taken to be true, the petitioner has not committed any forgery with the informant. Moreover, it is a case of civil dispute. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

No.49795 of 2022(2) dt.15-12-2022 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in Balthar P. S. Case No. 48 of 2019, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
