The petitioner No. 2 apprehends his arrest in connection with Moro P.S. Case No. 16 of 2014 registered under Sections-302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Although it is stated that the petitioner No. 2 along with others assaulted the deceased with fist and slaps but postmortem report of the deceased reveals that the deceased has sustained neither any internal nor any external injury. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the
