JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 31-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner No. 2 as well as leaned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner No. 2 apprehends his arrest in connection with Moro P.S. Case No. 16 of 2014 registered under Sections-302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Although it is stated that the petitioner No. 2 along with others assaulted the deceased with fist and slaps but postmortem report of the deceased reveals that the deceased has sustained neither any internal nor any external injury. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the

No.33284 of 2014 (5) dt.31-03-2015 date of receipt/production of copy of the order in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Moro P.S.
