2. The petitioner is in custody since 11.11.2017 in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 758 of 2017, G.R. No. 3138 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Sections 324, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and there is case and counter case between the parties in the backdrop of petty dispute in which five persons from the petitioner's side have also sustained injuries. The firearm injury sustained by the informant is simple in nature.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of the offences alleged as well as the injury report of the informant which supports the accusation of firing made by the petitioner, this
