2. Learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing vehemently for some time, seeks permission to withdraw the quashing application with liberty to raise all issues at the time of framing of charge, if charge, till date, has not been framed.

4. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 7 is a government servant and works with the Railways and on the date of occurrence, he was discharging his duty for which his superior authorities have also issued a certificate.
