JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners and the informant are neighbours and it is alleged that petitioners entered into house of the informant and made attempt to remove gas cylinder but they were caught by the informant and his associates. Petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent and are languishing in jail custody since 10-10-2015. Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chapra Town P.S.
