2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 647 of 2023 dated 04.11.2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 182, 211, 353, 120B, 193 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is bailor of a person who did not arrive at the time of bail and the petitioner being bailor got the vehicle released from the Court, presenting forged and fabricated documents.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50675 of 2025(2) dt.25-08-2025 2/2 this case. All Sections are not applicable against the petitioner and he has not cheated to any one nor he has created and manipulated any forged and fabricated documents. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged offence. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody in this case since 14.05.2025. The co-accused person has already been granted regular bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 17.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7703 of 2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Jamui in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 647 of 2023.

7. The application stands allowed.
