Petitioner is named in the first information report but only suspicion has been raised against him. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation co-accused Sanjay Rai and some others have already been granted privilege of bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge II, Saran at Chapra in connection with Session trial no. 236 of 2015 arising out of Sonepur P.S.Case no. 240 of 2014.
