The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sikandara P.S. Case No. 95 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections-376/511 of the Indian Penal Code. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that the present case has been lodged in retaliation of Complaint Case No. 261C of 2014 but taking note of the nature of allegation as well as submission of the parties, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner in connection with Sikandara P.S. Case No. 95 of 2014 pending in the court of Sri R. Nararyan, J.M. Ist Class, Jamui court stands rejected.
