This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 302/34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that Rajballabh Yadav, Anita Devi, Anjai Devi, Subham Kumar, Sushmita Kumari along with 2-3 unknown came to the house of informant and started abusing her mother and with intention to kill thrown her brother Sanni Dewal from the roof. It is further alleged that 2-3 months ago the petitioner had threatened them with regard to land dispute and he with the help of above named accused killed her brother. It is submitted that there is no direct allegation against the petitioner of murder of Sunny Dewal. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances
