The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/ 323/324/ 325/332/333/307/436/395/427/353/151/152/153/187/188/189/120 B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. A mob had created unruly atmosphere and rioting for death of a person and inaction of the police. The petitioner was identified as member of the mob without any specific accusation.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10427 of 2018 (2) dt.22-02-2018 P2/ amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Gaunaha P.S. Case No.111 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
