Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is general and omnibus allegation of commission of assault and theft against eight named accused persons including the petitioner.

Submission is that both sides are agnates.

There is case and counter case.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7412 of 2018 (2) dt.08-02-2018 Court below where the case is pending in connection with Jokihat Police Station Case No.286 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
