Bhagwanpur PS Case No.214 of 2013 was registered alleging offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 506 of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioner, which is now pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan.

Anticipating his arrest, the petitioner filed ABP No.565 of 2014 in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Siwan. The same was dismissed on 28.6.2014 through a detailed order. Hence, this application.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34546 of 2014 (3) dt.09-07-2015 2/2 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor and learned counsel for the complainant. The allegation against the petitioner is very serious in nature. He is said to have received a sum of Rs.1,90,000/- with a promise to arrange for employment to the complainant. Now-adays, the incidents of such nature are occurring frequently and at various places. Unless such crimes are carved, there is every likelihood of innocent / unemployed people being cheated. This Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The application is rejected. (L. Narasimha Reddy,CJ) mrl U T
