The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Madhepura Mahila P.S. Case No.18 of 2017 registered under Sections 498(A), 494, 341 and 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code besides Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the joint prayer made on behalf of the petitioner and the opposite party no.2, who are husband and wife respectively, earlier, the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation Centre, Patna, where the petitioner and the opposite party no.2 resolved their

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25369 of 2017 (4) dt.10-11-2017 2/2 dispute in terms of the memorandum of agreement, signed by the petitioner and the opposite party no.2, which is the part of the report dated 07.11.2017 of the Mediator, Patna High Court Mediation Centre, Patna.

Since the dispute has already been resolved in between the petitioner and the opposite party no.2, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, in connection with Madhepura Mahila P.S. Case No.18 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
