The individual cases appear to have been examined by the District Magistrate, but the entitlement is not in accordance with the directions issued by the High Court.

We are of the considered opinion that in case any of the individuals whose case has not been considered, it will be open to them to raise their grievance in accordance with law before the appropriate forum. We do not find this a fit case to
