JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-12-2015 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is not named but in course of investigation he was remanded in the present case from Ghosi P.S. Case No. 102 of 2015 and it appears that except the aforesaid material as well as some criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M. Nawada in Kashichak P.S. Case No. 36 of 2015. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) Abhay/- U T
