JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-03-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioners was rejected by this Court vide order dated 12.7.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.27211 on merit.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners are in custody since 23.12.2016 and trial has not been concluded.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and on perusal of report it appears that learned trial court seeks further six months time to conclude the trial, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. However, learned trial court is directed conclude the trial within a further period of four months. At the same time,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10033 of 2018 (3) dt.21-03-2018 2/2 Superintendent of Police, East Champaran, Motihari is directed to ensure the presence of the witnesses in court on the date fixed so that the trial may be concluded within the said period.
