JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 16-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Danapur P.S. Case No. 554 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Sections 406, 467, 468, 469 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The main allegation against this petitioner is that she is wife of Aman Kumar Dubey who was Area Manager of Quebec Petroleum Resources Ltd. The husband of this petitioner has transferred certain stock of Quebec Petroleum Resources by violating the terms of the employment, in favour of the company Kislay Enterprises. It is also alleged that new customer's profile was created in order to defraud the company, in which, Aman

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that amount has already been settled which would appear from Annexure-6. As per statement of the account, the petitioner paid entire dues amount in different installments lastly on 30.09.2012. It has further been submitted that husband of this petitioner namely, Aman Kumar, has already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 09.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 26309 of 2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioner, named above, within six weeks from today, in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 554 of 2015, she shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr. P.C. with further conditions (1) bailors should be local having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned,

(2) petitioner shall cooperate in the trial and shall be present on each and every date fixed by the court and their absence on two
