2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 144 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 399, 402, 413, 414, 467, 468, 471 & 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)A, 26 & 35 of Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got one criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 08.03.2023.

4. One country made pistol has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 08.03.2023. The petitioner is accused in one more case of similar nature.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50287 of 2023(2) dt.19-08-2023 2/2 on bail after completing six months in judicial custody on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 144 of 2023.

6. The petitioner will visit Hajipur Town Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
