2. Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences under Sections 363, 365, 366(A), 120-B of the Penal Code. Petitioner no. 1 is mother of Amarnath Rai. Petitioner nos. 2, 3 are his neighbours. Amarnath Rai is said to have eloped with the daughter of the informant, who is aged about 18 years as per her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. made on 21.04.2014, Annexure-2 and that she has voluntarily married Amarnath Rai and is presently residing with him.

3. Let petitioners, named above, surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33464 of 2014 (2) dt.04-02-2015 2/2 production of a copy of this order in the Court below whereafter the court below shall verify the correctness of Annexure-2 and if the statement made therein is found correct petitioners be admitted to the privilege of bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/-(Rs. Five Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Tisiauta P.S. Case No. 85/13, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Until verification of Annexure-2 by the court below, no coercive steps be taken against the petitioners.
