The petitioner Manoj Chaudhary was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 30.10.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.34800 of 2015.

It is submitted that the petitioner met with an accident on 15th September, 2015 and he was admitted in Jai Prakash Narayan Apex Trauma Centre, Department of Radiodiagnosis, All Indian Institute of Medical Science, New Delhi, therefore, the petititoner could not surrender in the court below. The prescription of treatment is also annexed with this petition.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that due to unavoidable circumstances on account of accident, the petitioner could not surrender in the court below within the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5003 of 2016 (2) dt.18-05-2016 2/2 stipulated time in pursuance of the order dated 30.10.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.34800 of 2015, the period of surrendering of the petitioner is extended for four weeks from today. If the petitioner surrenders in the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner shall be enlarged on anticipatory bail as directed by this Court vide order dated 30.10.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.34800 of 2015.
