Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 504, 506, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
The informant is wife of this petitioner. The petitioner is ready for reconciliation in spite of the fact that he has already filed a divorce case against the informant. Learned counsel for the informant is also appearing and submits that the informant is also ready for restoration of conjugal life.
In view of the fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on provisional bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10796 of 2018 (3) dt.11-04-2018 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kalayanpur Police Station Case No. 101 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
The court below shall take step for reconciliation and if the petitioner would be found cooperative in reconciliation his bail bond shall be confirmed and if the petitioner is found not cooperative otherwise, the court below shall cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
