The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is the husband of the complainant and the complainant has made very specific allegation that the petitioner subjected her to physical and mental torture due to non-fulfillment of demand dowry.

It is submitted that the complainant was earlier married to Upendra Das and the same would appear from the voter list (Annexure-2). Notice was issued to the complainant, but she did not appear.

No.13513 of 2015 (4) dt.23-11-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Complaint Case No. 14 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
